We have exciting news for our SPAC Track Pro users: You're getting a massive upgrade – for free! 

Starting today, all SPAC Track Pro users will enjoy access to a significantly broader dataset covering all initial public listings, including traditional IPOs, SPACs, spin-offs, direct listings, and pre-IPO coverage. This is all at no additional cost to you.

To reflect these enhancements, we are transitioning our brand from SPAC Track to ListingTrack. We've also developed a radically improved platform at Listingtrack.io, which will serve as your new portal for all of our data and content.

Here’s what’s changing:

• Rebranding: From SPAC Track to ListingTrack to mirror our extended coverage.

• New Platform: Spactrack.io, the existing portal, will be replaced by Listingtrack.io, a more robust and user-friendly website.

• Enhanced Data, Features, & Usability: Listingtrack.io includes comprehensive datasets on initial public listings, from traditional IPOs and SPACs to spin-offs and direct listings, as well as pre-IPO companies—from prominent startups to IPO candidates and rumored IPOs, in addition to everything in the current SPAC Track offering. The platform also features a significantly enhanced user experience and new data tools.

• You Get These Upgrades for Free: While the new pricing for Pro subscriptions on ListingTrack is higher due to our expanded offerings, we’re keeping your current rate the same as a thank you for your continued support!

• This special pricing is exclusive to you as an existing SPAC Track Pro user. Please note that this special pricing is non-transferable, and users who cancel will not be eligible for the discounted special pricing upon re-subscription.

Need to Know:

Our goal is to make the transition as seamless as possible. To that end, here are items you need to know about the change in the near term.

• Your Login Info remains the same: Simply log in to Listingtrack.io using your existing Spactrack.io email and password. Click the user icon at the top right and follow the prompts.

• Spactrack.io Website Discontinuation: All content on Spactrack.io will be discontinued on August 1, 2024. 

  • After this date, the Spactrack.io URL will continue to redirect you to Listingtrack.io. 

  • Your account billing will reflect Listingtrack.io, but account management will continue to be handled via Spactrack.io until August 1, when it will transition to Listingtrack.io.

• Beta Stage: Listingtrack.io is live but still in beta for the next few weeks. Feel free to start using the new site! We appreciate your feedback on issues at [email protected].
