  • Aquaron (AQUC) postponed its extension vote on May 6, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET, following redemption elections by holders of 757,365 out of 805,532 public shares. In response to the high redemption rate, the company amended its Trust Amendment Proposal to increase the monthly extension fee from the lesser of $20,000 or $0.033 per share to $0.15 per public share. —SF
