1) Valens, an Israeli automotive chip company, is said to be in advanced talks to merge with an unnamed SPAC at a $1B to $1.2B valuation, according to Calcalist.

2) Autotalks, an Israeli connected vehicles technology company, is said to be in advanced talks to merge with an unnamed SPAC at a $1.5B to $2B valuation, according to Globes.
