  • Fifth Wall Acquisition Corp. (FWAA) is set to merge with SmartRent.com, a commercial smart home technology company, at a valuation of $2.2B, according to The Wall Street Journal. The PIPE is said to be $155M and includes Starwood Capital. The article also notes that the sponsor, Fifth Wall, invested in SmartRent in one of their funds last year.
