  • Marquee Raine Acquisition Corp. (MRAC) is in talks to merge with Enjoy Technology, a “mobile retail store” that is partnered with companies like AT&T to offer home delivery and in-person set up of mobile devices, at a valuation of about $1.6B, according to Bloomberg.

  • $400M, 1/4 warrant

  • Sponsor’s Previous SPAC Activity: Juniper Industrial Holdings (JIH) announced a merger deal with Janus International in December of last year. JIH closed the day at $13.30.

2) Osiris Acquisition Corp. (OSI)

  • $250M, 1/2 warrant

  • Focus: Consumer, Retail, and Leisure

  • Directors:

    • Omar Johnson (Former CMO of Beats by Dr. Dre)

3) Aurvandil Acquisition Corp. (AURV)

  • $250M, 1/2 warrant

  • Focus: Space ecosystem

4) EG Acquisition Corp. (EGGF)

  • $250M, 1/3 warrant

  • Focus: Transportation and real assets, financial services, fintech, healthcare, real estate, and sustainability-focused businesses.

  • Officers:

    • Gregg Hymowitz (Chairman & CEO of EnTrust Global)

  • Directors:

    • Linda Hall Daschle (Former FAA Deputy Administrator)

    • Jonathan Silver (Director of National Grid and Plug Power)

SPACs Leaving the Nest:

1) Collective Growth Corp (CGRO) and Innoviz Technologies announce the closing of their business combination. CGRO will begin trading as INVZ tomorrow, 4/6.
