1) Roth Ch Acquisition II Co. (ROCC) is in talks to merge with Reservoir Media Management, an independent music publisher, at a more than $700M valuation, according to Bloomberg.

SPACs Leaving the Nest:

1) Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp. II (BFT) shareholders approve the business combination with Paysafe. The merger is expected to close on March 30th and BFT is expected to trade as PSFE starting March 31st.
