1) Montes Archimedes Acquisition Corp. (MAAC) & Roivant Sciences, a biopharmaceutical and healthcare technology company.

  • $5B EV

  • $200M PIPE including investments from Fidelity Management & Research, SB Management: a subsidiary of SoftBank Group Corp., as well as strategic investors including Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma and Palantir Technologies

Deal News Reports:

1) Israeli-founded video advertising company, Innovid, is in talks to go public via a merger with a SPAC at a $1.2B valuation, according to Calcalist. ION Acquisition Corp 2 Ltd. (IACB) is among the candidates.

S-1 Filings:

1) Summit Healthcare Acquisition Corp. (SMIH)

  • $200M, 1/2 warrant

  • Focus: Healthcare

2) Ascendant Mobility Acquisition Corp I (Ticker not available yet)

  • $350M, 1/3 warrant

  • Focus: Electric Vehicle, energy storage & distribution, or mobility technologies ecosystem

  • Management:

    • Former Tesla leaders in European market: Peter Bardenfleth-Hansen and Jochen Rudat

  • Directors:

    • Mark Gerhard (Former CEO and CTO of Jagex Game Studios: creator of Runescape)

    • Riaan Hodgson (Former COO and CFO of Jagex Game Studios)

  • Sponsor’s Previous SPAC Activity: Ascendant Digital Acquisition (ACND) announced a merger deal with Beacon Street Group in early March.
