Merger Partner Description:

Blackstone Products, headquartered in Logan, UT, is fundamentally redefining how people cook outdoors. Merger Votes/ Completions:

  • ADS-TEC Energy (ADSE) completed its merger with European Sustainable Growth Acquisition Corp. (EUSG) and started trading as ADSE today

  • FS Development Corp. II (FSII) shareholders approved its merger with Pardes Biosciences, raising appx. $274M in the transaction, with ~244k shares redeemed or an estimated ~1.2% of the public SPAC shares.

  • Roman DBDR Tech Acquisition Corp. (DBDR) shareholders approved its merger with CompuSecure

    • Closing is expected to be 12/27 with the ticker change to CMPO on 12/28

  • Merger Vote Set:

    • Gores Metropoulos II (GMII) & Sonder: 1/14

    • Trebia Acquisition Corp. (TREB) & System1: 1/20
