NextGen Acquisition Corp. II (NGCA) shareholders approved its merger with Virgin Orbit.
Closing is expected to take place before the end of December, with ticker change to VORB after closing
The transaction raised appx $228M after an estimated ~82% of the public shares were redeemed
Athena Technology Acquisition Corp. (ATHN) shareholders approved its merger with Heliogen
Transaction is expected to close on 12/30, with the ticker change to HLGN on 12/31
