V’s (CFV) shareholder meeting to approve its merger with Satellogic has been adjourned (for the third time) until 1/24 to allow Satellogic "and a potential third-party investor additional time to finalize the terms on which such potential investor may complete a significant additional PIPE financing"

  • Athena Technology Acquisition Corp. (ATHN) completes its merger with Heliogen. Ticker change to HLGN is set for tomorrow, 12/31

    • The transaction raised appx $188M

  • Fathom Digital Manufacturing (FATH) releases the redemption numbers from its merger with Altimar Acquisition Corp. II (ATMR)

    • 32M shares were redeemed, or an estimated ~93% of the public SPAC shares
