• Cerevel Therapeutics (CERE: $24.64) announced it will redeem all of its outstanding public warrants on 8/30

• Khosla Ventures Acquisition Co. (KVSA: $9.87) adds an additional $32.3M to the PIPE for merger with Valo Health, bringing total PIPE proceeds to $200.8M
