Nikola ($NKLA) is considering a potential sale of parts or the entire company. Other options include seeking partners or raising new funds. No decisions have been finalized. CEO Steve Girsky is leading these efforts. Nikola has confirmed it is exploring options but has not disclosed details. —Bloomberg
Markforged ($MKFG) announced that Desktop Metal ($DM) has voluntarily dismissed Markforged from its complaint against Nano Dimension ($NANO) related to Markforged's pending merger with Nano. Desktop Metal had alleged that Nano breached its merger agreement with them by entering into the Merger Agreement with Markforged, claiming it could jeopardize their own merger. On Jan 22, 2025, Desktop Metal filed a notice to dismiss Markforged from the case. —PR
Revelation Biosciences (REVB) will implement a 1-for-16 reverse stock split ahead of trading on Jan 28. —PR
